Designing Your Organization based on What Makes Your Company Unique
Your company's success has been driven by features that have made it
an excellent competitor, a place to work that motivates employees, or
other critical success factors. As you consider reorganizing positions
or workflow, adjusting roles, or other changes, it is important to
consider what has made your company successful thus far. These
attributes can then be built into the new structure, systems, and
organizational culture that you will move toward.
